A Confession Seems Final

A Confession Seems Final A complete-looking account Drew’s note claims responsibility for the threats, attacks, and murders. It supplies a motive tied to Colleen and presents his death as the consequence of unbearable guilt. Colt reads the statement and struggles to reconcile it with the trainer he knew. Still, the confession appears detailed enough to explain the chaos and offers the group a reason to stop searching for another culprit. Relief remains uneasy The apparent resolution does not erase suspicion. Colt still wonders about the fire at the rental, while the speed and completeness of Drew’s confession should have invited more doubt.

A New Destination

A New Destination Travel under protection The team reaches Serenidad by charter flight and stays in a discreet hotel arranged by BeBe. Colt maintains precautions despite believing the main attacker is dead. At the tournament, security and media attention increase as Willa advances. Colt remains close while Tabitha receives treatment and the final approaches. A danger not gone The team has changed locations, but it has not identified everyone involved. Colt’s caution proves justified when Willa suddenly disappears from the venue.

The Tracker’s Lead

The Tracker’s Lead A hidden safeguard Colt realizes that Willa’s mother’s necklace carries a tracker. He checks its signal and finds her at Oskar Latu’s estate, a location that connects the tournament host to the disappearance. Colt, Luca, and Victor move toward the property. They disable guards and enter the mansion, using plans they had obtained for an earlier event. A clue breaks the cover story The tracker leads them into the suite where Colleen was held, but Willa is already gone. Her necklace has been removed, confirming that someone knew how to interrupt the tracking advantage.

The Cliffside Pursuit

The Cliffside Pursuit A vehicle in flight Victor spots a black sedan leaving the compound. Colt’s instincts tell him Willa is inside, and Luca follows the car along a remote coastal road. They see two blindfolded women being taken toward a cliff. Colt and Luca shoot the kidnappers before the captors can push them over the edge. Rescue comes at a cost Colleen is freed, but Willa falls onto a tree below the cliff. Colt rappels down to reach her, and the rescue requires both tactical skill and emergency responders.

The Real Plot Exposed

The Real Plot Exposed Two villains revealed Colleen identifies Oskar as her captor, while the public confrontation exposes Corey as the person who killed Drew and helped attack Willa. Drew’s confession no longer explains the crimes because it was fabricated. Oskar tries to seize control again and shoots Corey before police return fire. The false resolution collapses in public, with the sporting community witnessing the truth. A different kind of closure Willa survives, Colleen is free, and the crimes can be investigated as a conspiracy rather than a single man’s confession. The answer arrives only after the presumed end of the case has nearly cost them everything.
